I got a call from Sandra today, following up on a email I had sent reporting a damaged tube in my last shipment.

She wanted to make sure it was the right one she was sending, PLUS she had found spare fins that I had half-jokingly asked about.

I'm chuffed as ninepence. Can't wait for the new box to arrive.

I too recently had a very good experience with Sandra, if you have sent estes customer service an email, be patient like most companies things are weird right now as folks are working remotely, and resources are spread a little thin, and things take a little while longer to resolve than normal, but Kudos to estes Service
