Is there any way to get in contact with the owner/webmaster, or otherwise access the site? All I see is the text “please follow this link” with a recursive link to that page.

I found an alternate source (ASP FTW!) but I thought the primary source should also be available.

I had the same problem. Website was redone, needs to redirect from the main URL but does not.
