Rail button spacers

I have some rail button spacers somewhere. They were like 1/4 & 1/2 in. tall. I think they were printed. Anyone know where I can find them?

I am looking for washers that fit between the tube and the rail button. I think they were around 3/32" thick and the same diameter as the rail button. Any ideas?
