I tried the tec support email address on your web page and it doesn't work. I need to talk with someone in customer service. Is there a customer service phone number (any one have this number?). I'd like to keep this off line if possible to try to resolve this matter.

I just now called Quest at 1-800-858-7302, the number on their website, and a nice young woman picked it up right away. Try calling them again.

That almost looks like positive feedback on eBay! <grin>

But yeah, the one other time I called them with a problem (some missing parts in a kit), they sent the parts within a week. And everyone else who has posted comments about their experience w/ Quest customer service has been very positive as well.

I called them and told them I had misplaced/lost the decals for my Nike-Smoke and they sent me a new set promptly. I was impressed. I like Quest a lot.
