Proton Mounting Template

Any chance someone has a link to Eggtimers template or one they wouldn't mind sharing?
One of the Proton manuals says there's one on the website, but I sure can't find it... and the more I measure and calculate, the worse things get.

I downloaded the gerber files but didn't have anything to open them with to see if it was in there.

The holes are #4, spaced 1.003" x 3.045". You'd probably be fine with 1" x 3".

It opened the files but didn't have the information I needed.
Just a picture of the pads... no board outline... no dimensions.
