Just drop them into your Data folder with all the other .eng files. Then run the Engine Compiler. Then you can load them into Rocksim - Just did this the other day and spent a while before I realized I needed to compile them.

the engine compiler is a good way to "clean up" the clutter of motors you are never going to sim, like those old FSI & Ellis, etc.
