Print your own decals

I was at my local hobby shop and they had some sheets of stuff that said "Print Your Own Decals". I believe it was made by Testors.

I asked the salesperson and they said they didn't know anything about it, since they just got this in.

Anyone know anything about this? Does it take a special printer? Or ink?

Can I ask you do go to www.narhams.org in the library section under tech-tips download Tech-tip-016 decal making will give you quite a few answers to making your own decals with lots of options, materials and suppliers.
