You'r probably going to want to gaffer tape a house brick on to balance that up. Might pull to one side a bit at present.
Good luck with your flight.
At least you can go and find out if it's stable . New South Wales( lets call it Texas Australia as it's the same size) is in Covid lockdown, joy......
Is that yellow an antenna on the fin or just a pretty bit?
Norm
FWIW I've flown several rockets with various Additive Aerospace camera shrouds attached - nice straight flights without any noticeable veer. The launch in my avatar pic (4" rocket, CTI J355) is a case in point. We will find out at LDRS this week
Straight up and down … 25ft from my launch pad.
Nice. I thought that the fin in the middle would be more obtrusive. It's less noticable than if you'd gone between the fins. Has anyone done the difinitive test on 3 or 4 fins for stopping the spinning?
Yes, And we only use left handed thread bolts and nuts in that funny metric system. And in the Southern hemisphere the sun rises in the West and sets in the East. I hope we're not going to divert your thread into bash the Aussies. Remember if you make it to Australia, you're going to need someone who recognises everything that can kill you here. Which is pretty much everything. Apart from Blue Tongued lizards which only look like they should be able to kill you but won't.Rotates other way in Australia ?
Think you'll find it's just a Koala. Not a bear.....My Aunt and Uncle live in Australia … cousins moved out of country, i can poke the koala bear if I want
