About a month ago I had 2 bad ignitors in a package of D engines.
I called Estes and within a few days I had 12 new ignitors and a 2004 catalog.
Yesterday I bought a Stormcaster for my daughter.
Upon opening the package I discovered the lower body tube was crushed.
I called Estes and no problem, a new BT is on the way.
