Pineapple and ham - they don't even eat it that way in Hawaii, according to the one Hawaiian that I've asked in person. If they did, it'd be pineapple and SPAM. Leave out the pineapple and either ham or (reduced salt) SPAM would be alright. Not on the preferred, legitimate list, but alright. In the same class as shredded chicken.
