According to Hagerty, the motor cycle without the sidecar would be worth somewhere from $29,300 to $57,500 depending on condition. Obviously the sidecar pushes that up.

Rock Island Auction shows the gun went for $40,250 in 2017.

So from a sample of one for each item, it's a tossup, but the sidecar favors the motorcycle.

Bayeux Tapestry! Seen it when I was in France, it is quite the story.

Thanks Paladin. I thought that I had seen it on a historical TV show talking about William the conqueror, the Norman invasion etc. Given it's age, it's condition is stunning. The tapestry nicely displays the Norman's big technological advantage. It made them unbeatable for quite a while. It was the stirrup.
