Dunno who the author is, but that sounds like the kind of stuff comedian Steven Wright would say.
Much money, but an apparent inability to interpret Roman numerals:
Never travel with this guy:
For those who didn't get that:
Loved the Chinese one and the Ralph Lauren!
I think this is a case of using the front camera on a cell phone which inverts picture.
You need to look at the pic again
Looks good to me...
It's not inverted left-right, it's rotated 180 deg to upside down. The wrong camera doesn't do that.
What I want to know is who the heck sits in the house wearing a bathrobe and a baby in heels like that. Sitting on the back of the couch so she can extend her perfect legs. This is a staged photo with a model, and probably a doll, and it's the set dresser who was either clueless or careless.
I'm still not seeing a clock. I'll go back and look again for a while.
Something distracted you?
Looks like a classic Instagram photo to me. "Look at my perfect life! I can be impractically glamorous while taking care of a child!"
She looks familiar. Anyone know who that is? "Baby G" might be a clue.
I googled "mummas koala baby g" and found her pretty quickly.
Nah, I obviously didn't know her then. Nice photos. She looks a lot like someone else who must actually be "famous" or I wouldn't recognize her.
The Roman numeral at the 6 o'clock position of her clock is "8".
8 if read like it was right-side-up. If read like the entire clock is inverted, it reads 12.
Only if read vertically. The numbers look like their bases are radially inward.
So a) the decorator doesn't know roman and guessed wrong or b) it's some cerebral ploy to make people ponder the relative nature of time.
And then I found my picture which did make me laugh, so I posted it. That's what the threads about after all
No, it's six.
As someone noted, it is just hung upside down.
So much for High Noon!
Could also be a New Zealand pic
That one made me smile!
Saw this reply somewhere:
"Never argue with a flat earther - it's like playing chess with a pigeon. It'll knock the chess pieces over, sh*t on the board and then fly off to tell its flock how it won the game!"
Also applies to Moon Hoaxers and various conspiracy nuts.
That's similar to "Never wrestle with a pig; you both get dirty but the pig likes it."
I'm kiddiing...Love 'ya Winston!
I ran across that Apollo-11 launched on a Saturn-IB blanket again. But it ain't funny. Really a shame, if they'd used a Saturn-V I'm sure some space fans would have bought it because otherwise it's nicely done (though of course some clueless people are likely buying it anyway).
Separate names with a comma.
