Other than bruised ****ies when tackled in football or aggressively blocked in basketball.

Hans.

Edit: Seems the forum blocked a word there. That word is what Dave Barry has referred to as "fashion accessories".
A bruise doesn’t seem like any reason to separate PE classes? (Can you say breasts it’s probably not blocked)

Ps who is Dave Barry?

Ps who is Dave Barry?
Pulitzer prize winning writer that does very funny newspaper columns, has authored several funny books.

And just happened to have a multi year sitcom about him a number of years ago.

He coined the term "fashion accessories" in his column about the Wonder Bra.

In this skit the guy walks into the cafe and sits with strangers. I'm here to tell you that is exactly what happens. We were in a McDonalds in Cambridge and two people that were complete strangers sat down at our table without a word. Saying we were shocked is an understatement. The first day we were in England we had lunch at a small cafe. I left a tip. As we were leaving our waitress called to us and said, sir you left your money. Shocked again. This was in 1987. Brits didn't tip. Whether that's still the case I don't know.

You don't tip in UK. We pay people a living wage.
You can tip for excellent service. Relying on tips as part of a living wage is stupid.

When I was managing the pizza place in Lakenheath in 1987 IIRC I paid my guys 2 pounds 50 and was told I was over paying them. They worked 5 or 6 hours a night. That was less than $5 an hour. A pint was a pound. Didn't seem like a good wage to me. IIRC I think I was getting 100 pounds a week. When we left I got all the tax money I paid back too. That was a surprise. Living in the UK was great. When we got orders for Vegas in 1991 I didn't want to leave. I'd love to go back to Scotland and visit Glasgow where my grandparents lived before they came to the US.

Here’s another one that NTP2 will have no idea who it is. This particular clip was from The Dave Allen Show.
I remember watching all the reruns on late night on PBS. (That’s Public Broadcasting Station for NTP2…)
Then there was The Two Ronnies, and of course, Monty Python’s Flying Circus. Later on came Faulty Towers, which I can’t recommend enough.

If we're talking comedians NTP2 might not know, this is a classic (and yes he did this routine way before the Muppets). But it wasn't as colourful. It was in black and white.

I know what PBS is, they have some good documentaries.

Glasgow? Have you identified the family tartan for your kilt yet? My wife's heritage goes back to Clan Buchanan. When I saw the very vibrant clan tartan colours the first time I joked with her that her clan couldn't have been rebels as you'll see them a mile off, and if they were rebels, then they must have been just bonkers! Turns out they were bonkers mad!

In other news, Pahrump was mentioned on the TV! I was watching an old episode of Pawn Stars and the son was joking about pranking his dad by sending him way out of the way to see some collectible in Pahrump to keep him from finding out about some party. When they mentioned the city, I was all like "Oh, I know of Pahrump! Teepot lives there!"
