Can someone tell me if the Estes nosecone PNC-55AB part number 071044 is

4 to 1 or 5 to 1 conical nosecone ?

That part number matches the PNC-55BB which is the Black Brandt II nose cone. If my source is correct the NC is a 5:1. Its also the only rocket that Estes used that nose cone on according to the Estes Nose Cone Reference pdf.
