Hey all. I was just curious, does anyone know where I could find some plans for a homemade timer?
Thanks.

It might be as easy and as cheap as getting a perfectflite timer at https://www.perfectflite.com I have attached a schematic that I swiped somewhere on the web....I have no idea where I got it or if it works......if you decide to build it please let us all know..

Hey thanks you all. I was going to try and make one soon, but have been very busy on my team's TARC website.

That's exactly what I've been looking for a know 2 or 3 years! I picked up a batch of 556 dual timer chips somewhere on sale but none had the specs or pin layout diagram so they just been sitting in a box.
thanks for posting the circuit. Way Kewl!

I also agree Perfectflight postage stamp size timers are great and very inexpensive! I think you can still buy them assembled or as a Kit, if you'd really like the challange of soldering all the tiny components on the PCB;)
