You might have pretty good luck pulling the data just from the drawings.
Alternatively a search for "estes black star voyager" gives some links with 3rd party vendors that still have it in stock.

Could probably extrapolate the scaling of the fins using the E or F centering rings. I believe their BT-50 (.98") insides and BT-55 (1.33") outsides. When I print the following at full page, it's about half of that.
