This is my type of permanent wadding. Pictured after 3 launches.

Built from cooker hood filter and one layer of aluminium laminate.

Well now, that`s a cool idea ,almost a modification of a piston a la PML.Did you use aluminum HVAC tape ?

Very good idea !!

It is a cool idea ! I was thinking ,you could use aluminum tape ,several layers ,it`s pretty thick (we use it at work for HVAC) and it has a very strong adhesive that sticks to anything.

This is a neat idea: saved the pictures for reference for making one here.

Ooooo! I'm going to try this. If it works as well as I imagine, I will just make one for each size body tube and interchange them when preping. Swap them out like I do with my nylon chutes.

Great idea Aleks! Thanks for sharing!

It's the bottom of a used lasagna pan. It works, but in the day of baffles and blankets, is kinda odd.

You can make a chute cup out of it. Dog's will find your rocket quicker, but so will cows.

Indeed a Lasagne pan seems a bit out of time - but what works works 😉

I think solution also might depend on BT size.
Will keep your comments in mind with the next build 👍🏻
