Performance Rocketry Mongoose 54 kit detail information

To all of our members, thank you for all of the help and insight that you give to anyone who asks for your help. I don't blow smoke at anyone...it's very much appreciated.

I have a question. I have searched the net under any combination of words that I can put together, but have not found what I'm hoping to find.
Back in the day, Curtis Turner sold rocket kits under the Performance Rocketry label/company name.
I'd very much appreciate anyone who has a link, or other details, relating specifically the his former original Mongoose 54 kit as first produced. There are variations now existing from other companies, but I'm interested in the information then available under the original former Performance Rocketry brand.

The Wayback Machine (http://web.archive.org/web/20120507124742/http://performancerocketry.com/) is a good source of the historical record of Performance, Proline, RW, etc. As of Jan 2012, Proline was selling the Mongoose R2, prior to that I assume the original version with the conical nose cone? The fins have always looked about the same, I'm not sure about the total length.
