I got an email response from Chuck at TLP. He is producing kits again and several dealers are getting inventory from TLP. Ken Allen personally stopped by Chuck's place in VA last week and does have a great selection of kits in stock.

There goes your tax refund...

I think Chuck is more interested in producing kits at this point and less interested in updating the web site. Try the dealers first is my only suggestion.
