banzai covered the least expensive options. TCP global has a lot of supplies. ive used their restoration shop line of paints and, imo, theyre pretty good for rockets. a pretty good selection of colors, too.
one thing to remember when ordering online: your monitor wont show the true color of the paint that's being looked at, but it will be close.

True that! TCP global has a paint chip board for like $5ish. That and mixing cups and lids were the first things that I ordered from them. After that, GAME ON!
My 4" diameter 6' tall MadCow Super DX3 took less than 1/3 quart of paint for 4 color coats. Since it comes as 1 qt paint/1 qt thinner, making 2 quarts of paint ready to spray, you'd better be committed to that color.....you're going to have it around for a LOOOOOOOOOONG time. $5ish for a color guide can save you from a $50 disappointment.
That's one of the benefits of the pre-mixed Duplicolor stuff. $20ish gets you a mixed quart, which would do 3-4 similar sized rockets.
Don't forget the clear coat. Or the primer.
I find the Duplicolor primer more than good enough.
I spray 2 coats, dry overnight, wet sand the fuzzies, dry overnight, spray 2 more primer coats, dry overnight, wet sand to 400grit, dry overnight, and then spray color and clear, wait a week-ish, polish, wax, done. YMMV
