Paint Removal Suggestions

As part of my winter repair / rebuild work, I've got at least a couple of rockets that I'd like to strip and repaint.

Anyone out here have a favorite technique for removing paint from rockets?

I've usually just wet sanded down to the primer, then sprayed on new primer to start from scratch with a new basecoat. Probably not worth trying to sand into the joints between the fins and body tube and risk scratching the fins- just spray over with primer.

You have not stated what size rockets.

For 4inch and up I use paint stripper[Stripezze liquid] and wipe off the residue first with alcohol,then water.

Never bothered with small ones
