I just got off the phone with Jim. Their close family friend passed away today around 4pm .

It's never easy to loose a loved one and most of us have been through it at one time or another. Getting older just means that we've had to deal with it more often than others...

We're all doing fine and adjusting, as it were. Will let everyone know when we're back to work
