OpenRocket - Tube fins

I know that tube fin support is currently experimental. However I ran into an issue using them. When I was downscaling my NASA Pegasus file, everything scaled perfectly except for the two tube fins - they stayed the original size...

Please go to the OpenRocket github site and open an issue for this if you have not already, there are several other scaling issues the development team is looking at.
