Open Rocket single stage altitude maximum

A question I hope most will find interesting : What is the highest altitude you were able to achieve from a single stage rocket using the delivered motors? Do think it is realistic? To simplify it is OK to exclude anything other than the cone, body and fins.
 
Since nobody answered I will post one I put together and ask your opinion on the validity of the simulation. According to OR the attached ork reaches Mach 3.45 and an altitude of about 29000 meters - almost 100000 ft. The simulation shows:

Not entirely accurate looks like an understatement. It seems to be looking at skin friction only, an ogive shape cone has lower altitude.
What do you guys think?
