Looks like bourbon balls, Mrs favorite Christmas time cookie.

Love rum balls. Straight out of the freezer is great at Christmas. Nice and cool. They don't freeze if you have enough alcohol in them .

We visited there about fifteen years ago or so. It's indeed beautiful. But it seems to have been designed for skinny people not over 5'1" tall. Narrow staircases, low ceilings.
