OK...LEUP or not?!?

OK...from what I get from the new deal that was worked out with the BATF/TRA/NAR, it sounds like no more LEUPs are needed for HPR motor purchase. Is this correct? All I ask for is a SIMPLE, breif, and to-the-point answer. It seems to be lookin good. And if you don't know what I mean, check this out:

hahhaa.....simple, brief, to the point answer in politics? Ha!

anyway, how I read it is that all assembled propellant actuated devices (PAD's) do not require a LEUP.

Of course, this applies to all single use motors, and, depending on your interpretation, Pro38's, reloads, etc.

Were not out the water yet.
