I am a first time flyer of AT motor reloads. When I went to install the nozzle with its aft O-ring in the case, it was VERY difficult to get into the end of the case. Yes, I did apply lube. I decided to remove the nozzle and inspect the O-ring. The O-ring had a tear in it. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Thanks,

Jim

Do not try to use a damaged O ring. I like to use Super Lube, a clearish grease. Thin film is all it takes. If something does not fit easy, probably have O ring in wrong place. Look at the exploded view for O ring # and placement.

This is An AT M1315 in a 75 MM case.

Thank you David and cross fire. I think the problem was I was putting the O-ring on the forward end of the nozzle when it actually was supposed to be on aft side of the projection on the nozzle.
