It is a really sweet rocket that does whistle on high impulse motors(I have heard it on an F35). Just do as the instructions say and do a short sharp bevel on the leading edge of the leading fin and leave every other edge square.

Yes you get a small whistle.
I find it's a great field flyer and if you feel BOLD( no wind day ), toss an "H" in it...
