Nozzle on F22 doesn’t fit rms 29mm 40-120

Is the nozzle for the F22-7J reload supposed to fit the case because the nozzle I have looks like it’s fit the 24mm case. I just want to make sure it’s supposed to be that way and if not what to do?

After screwing in the aft closure it looks like it is intentional but would just like to double check

Yes, that's correct. The 29/40-120 reloads use 24mm nozzles. Aerotech publishes cross sectional drawings of all their reloads. Here's a pic of the F22 cross section:

As you can see, the nozzle fits inside the liner, not directly inside the casing.
