These fin cans are a real loose fit on PML tubes. I have a 4" tube wrapped with 3 layers of 6 oz glass and it's almost a perfect fit. 4 layers would be perfect.

got my stuff today after USPS missed the original date, thanks! btw, those small blow molded foam nosecones look like a real close fit to 29mm thin wall fiberglass. I don't have my tubing yet but it will probably be a perfect fit. wishing I got more than 2 now...

What is the silver part you have in the last photo?

Not 100% sure. Possibly a tailcone or reducing coupler. It fits inside a 38mm tube and a 29mm PML tube almost fits inside it. Slight sanding would make it fit. It's aluminum, 5" long. Tapered section is 1" long.
