I will be going to Alberta THIS year, while LDRS is in NY, but I will be going to NY next year while LDRS is in Alberta.

Just my take, but I really don't like the commercial and EX import fees of $35. Does that mean I can take the raw components of my motors (KNO3 and Sugar) and make them up there with no EX fee? I'm just nit-picking cause I'm not going to it but wondered if this was a way around it.
