Nike Smoke

[Relative Dimensions]

I'm looking for counter sanders to do the airfoils on my Centuri Nike Smoke, where can I find them? Not even gonna attempt doing it free hand,the last ones I tried doing like that came out very badly.

I substituted built up fins (balsa core, 110# cardstock skins...then coat the paper w/ CA and sand smooth. Worked great!

I hate to sidetrack the thread, but what paint did you use for those fins?

LOL it's been awhile since I built/painted the model but it was either regular Testor's enamel, or Testor's Master Model...either way I airbrushed it over DupliColor gloss white lacquer. The first coat was nearly transparent (especially the yellow). It took about 3 coats, drying in between, to cover completely.
