    This might limit the field too much but......

    Build a rocket wherein at least 75% of the parts are salvaged pieces from rockets that you've crashed/cato'd/lawndarted/etc.

    I vote for something along the lines of the lightest rocket of a minimum size. I'm partial to 8" diameter but bigger would be more fun and going down to 7.5" would let folks use PML tubes as a cheap and easy mandrel.
