Wow 2004 really flew by. I still remember my senior prom and graduation like they were yesturday. What are your resolutions for 2005? I resolve to stop procrastinating so much on my homework assignments. I also resolve to fly a Aerotech K1275 at the Jan. 8 ROC launch. ;)

To get a job doing SOMETHING, i don't even care if it's babysitting i need a job.

To overcome my "fear" of epoxy (sensitive skin, i don't hope to cure THAT but i wanna be able to psych myself that using epoxy won't flare up my hands)

That's about it, i thought of some more a while back but i forgot them

Fear of epoxy?! Epoxy is the best thing since sliced bread and it pretty much the only way of keeping high power rockets together. If you are afraid of skin irritation just wear some latex gloves. If you build a lot you might want to invest in some of the "Aerospace Grade Epoxy" Hawk Mountain sells. You can get a dispensing gun with wands that automatically mix the resin and hardener as the adhesive passes through. I've used the 3M Accutech DP-420 epoxy on many kits and it's quickly becoming the only epoxy I use. Once you use it you will never go back to the hobby store stuff.

I use the USC epoxy with pumps but it's so darn thin it drips all over out of the pumps (they're angled down)

ENough about epoxy.

My goal this year is to walk to and from school each day (it is about a 2 hour walk each way) This is so I can lose some mass.

to start filming (again) a skate movie with my friends

to go outside in the world more and not sit at home on my computer 24/7

save up for a vacuum to clean all the sawdust upstairs so i can actually breathe in the room where i build rockets and put the air purifyer there so i dont have to wear a painters mask from the smell of apoxe...

thats enough work for a whole year

Last New Years must have been the moment of revolation for my better 2/3rds and I. We suddenly realized. We'er not going to Diet, eat right, have less stress in our lives, or any of the other 100 or so resolutions we've kidded ourselves into over the past 26 years. We've decided that we'll do our best to make each other happy, and that's the extent of any useless resolution we will make or try to follow;)
HAPPY NEW YEAR, hope everyone can be at least happy if not content with their situations as the McCoy's:D

I think Mr Micromeister has some gems of true wisdom here. To strive to do our best for the happiness of all of the significant others in our lives, and to be grateful for what is in our lives are the best "Resolutions" that I can think of.

In 2005 I want to progress to 54mm or larger EX motors (i'm currently only doing 29mm and 38mm) , and make a stage rocket (perhaps a J/K to a H/I). And thats about it.

Oh yeah, and get a proper job to PAY for these resolutions  .
