New Computer - Problems with installing OpenRocket

Hello All,
I changed computers. Still windows10 and I'm trying to run OpenRocket. I have version 15.03 I downloaded in 2017. Went to the read me file which I pasted below and I followed the steps from OpenRocket/net/sf/openrocket/startup and then I supposed to see another 'startup' to run or install the program. I don't see that. I do see swingstartup (class file?) a few times. See the attached screenshot. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

To start the software run the class
net.sf.openrocket.startup.Startup
or from the JAR file run
$ java -jar OpenRocket-<VERSION>.jar

I’ve downloaded v15.03 of open rocket, but it says I need a command line tool to install a JDK (Mac). I have very little computer knowledge so i’m not really sure what installers you guys are talking about. Could someone please explain this.
