Unless you specifically have to have Neubauer which is long OOP, Boyce Aerospace Products has all those kits, and Alex Boyce iirc was the guy behind the Neubauer Mercury Redstone (maybe Neubauers entire line).

I have a built Neubauer 4" MR. Never flown it yet. I really should.
