That is a hillarious and satisfying story! The plan came together perfectly, and the bad guy got what he deserved. But it seems really risky to me. Glad it worked out and no one got hurt. I hope the message he received was "crime does not pay", not, "always carry a gun."

In hind sight, maybe it would have been a good idea to see if he any ID on him. If he did, tell you may know who we are, but we now know who you are and where you live! Just the Italian coming out of me! LOL

Glad nobody was hurt. He probably won't be back to your block for a while, but probably within a few days he does the same thing to a different complex. It would have been good to get some video of him committing the crimes to provide to police, and a few spotters to tag his direction on the way home.
