Need help with EVM specs

I've been working on a new design for an EggFinder base station, as posted (here).

The only thing I have not accurately figured out are the dimensions for the EggTimer Voice Module. I did download EggTimer's Drill template, but was unable to get derive accurate measurements.

I will not be ordering the additional EggTimer components I need for another month, but I would like to get started on 3D printing the case now.

So, I need the following data, A through J, as listed in the pic below.

I am hoping someone here on TRF can help me out.
I did email EggTimer but did not receive a reply.

My EggTimer arrived today. So..... I guess I'll answer my own question.
