That has to be The Phantom, The Ghost Who Walks. The skull image is exactly like the imprint the Phantom's rings left on the bad guys when it hit them. If he didn't shoot them with his pair of 1911 .45cals. He also wore a purple body suit.

Update on the Plummisher. Took it out to fly today but discovered the lug placement just ain't gonna work. I was hoping for some action shots but they'll have to wait til next week or something.
