If you come up empty on commercial off the shelf decals how about home printing on decal paper?
Use a graphics program to resize the image.
Here's a meatball I downloaded for an X15.

self printing is an options just it's going to have to be on white paper and thought it might not look the best.
I'll look into the tang papa decals but as they all seem to be reprints I'd have to find a rocket with a meatball in the right size to start with, but I had forgotten about TP
Thanks

Tango Papa might be able to rescale their meatball decal to your specs.
For home printed, print the decal on clear paper and back that with a slightly smaller circle of blank white decal paper (i.e. a double decal).
Alternatively you can stencil and paint a white circle then apply the blue meatball.

thanks I forgot about the double up trick!

It's the odd'l F104 and it's sport scallish. I need a 1/2” diameter meatball to look right. Those are nice but some of them have the swoosh over the N and I don't think NASA flips the design like that.

If nothing else, thank you for enlightening me to the fact that this logo is called the meatball. Thank you and good luck on your quest.

Thanks for posting them here too appreciate the PM I noticed the backwards meatball when going through the Armstrong link when I sent you the PM
Thanks for the decal links If I measureing right the Odd'l bird is close to 1:48 so those might look "right" I saw them eariler and I had my scale off so I didn't thin they would work.
