NARCON 3" Fusion build and video questions

Hello everyone, I'm working on a 3" SBR Fusion and following along with the NARCON video (). It's incredibly helpful, well-presented, and easy to follow along, but I have a couple of quick questions. First, it doesn't look like he airfoils the fins. Is this because he wants to keep it simple, sacrificing a little altitude for ease of building? And second, is there a rocksim/open rocket file available for this kit?
