The NAR says that its Standards and Testing Committee "...re-tests each approved engine type once in every five-year cycle..."

But when I look at their engine test data online, I'm looking at data that's over 20 years old. For example, the Estes A8-3 data is from 1995. What am I missing? Is there more recent data that I'm not aware of, but can readily access? Or maybe they only publish online more recent test data when it's substantially different than what's already available onine?
