Mystery rocket

Gave this kit to a nephew 10ish years ago. He dropped it off the other day and said he built it and started painting it but never finished. For the life of me I can't remember what kit it is so I can get it painted and replacement decals. Anyone know what kit this is?

No. This has more a fighter jet look to it. For some reason it being a Quest kit is stuck in my mind but all searches come up empty.
