Bought a house and found these in laundry room.

Anybody know what they are?

We never met the home owner we bought the house from, so that option is out.

Thanks in advance4F7F0A33-8CFC-46C2-BBEC-E249DB80E1FF.jpeg

The brushes I am not sure about, but likely set of dryer vent brushes.
The plastic rods and straps are from a washing machine or dryer. They are used to lock the drum during transport.
They are called transit bolts.
I am pretty sure you are right about the bolts. I am thinking the brushes are unrelated.

Thanks for solving the mystery! I figgered somebody on this forum would know what they were!

You're welcome.
Brushes, as I said was not sure about. Dryer vent brushes have a more soft and longer bristle. ( I checked mine)
Those to me resemble more of a common "toilet brush"
Most come just disposable, however in the commercial maintenance world they do make just the head disposable and a more rugged handle.
(I've used quite a few of those in my younger more desperate for work years)
