A rocket right?
Yes, definitely.
I thought I was the only one using that stuff. Have you tried the 3M version with primer mixed in? Not only is is preprimed, it also seems to go on smoother.

24 mm motor mount and it looks like BT-60, but it might be BT-55 or one of the odd balls in between.

UPDATE:1604600012923.pngLooks like BT-58.

4FNC. Patriot-like fin profile, but it looks like the sweep of the leading edge is a little steeper than an actual Patriot. But I could be wrong about that.

Pretty generic nose cone, no help there.

Nope, no guess. Unless it's a Patriot after all, but I don't think it is.

I thought not. But just for the record, I was not talking about a clone of an LP, but rather a downscale of a much larger, very HP rocket.

Things are moving again after a small trip.

Things are happening again......back after a break. Well nobody has figured out what rocket I was trying to clone with scraps. It is supposed to be an Aerotech Mustang, but the fin math i did seems to be off, therefore making the fins seem too big......damn. i still like it, first rocket with an baffle system to combat burning the parachute and shock cord.

This rocket has more sanding time than any other yet!!!! I seem to be making mistakes a lot!!! But the fins seem to be very strong. 1/8" Balsa through the wall and filleted. I have a feeling this will fly very fast and high. Fins are airfoiled and the paint will be gloss. Made for 24mm so low to med powered, C-F.

LG~

Getting done, the paint crakled because someone opened the garage door 10 seconds after i put a coat of paint on it so it need to be rubbed out and repainted and then i will apply additional coats to make it consistent.
Looks nice now i need cool graphics and the Aerotech Mustang graphics are too plain. Any ideas?
LG~
