mysterious delivery

So I arrive home on Thursday after running some errands and i see a long box sitting next to my door. After parking my vehicle i get out and head for the door. All i see on the box is MonGoose what could that be i thought. Hope it is not alive. I unlock the door and head inside with the box in hand hoping for the best. As i get inside ad close the door i get distracted. I think I have a beer in the fridge kinda need one after the long day I've had.

I get up Friday morning not feeling to good must have had a few beers last night. Oh well don't have to work today so as i'm headed out to make some coffee I see the box. I had forgot about it yesterday I hope there was nothing needing my attention. I walk over and pick up the box no sound comes from it. No obnoxious smells so far so good i take it to the table, now where did i leave my knife. After a few minutes I find it and carefully open the end expecting the worst. As i open it I see this black tube I wonder what this could be????

HOW could you POSSIBLY leave a box like that unopened until the next day?-hell, I've torn open umbrellas, vacuum cleaner hoses, curtain rods, the list goes on. I know-kinda pathetic, huh??
