I just saw an old post in the scale model suggestion thread by @Sooner Boomer about the Tiamat and it reminded me of this thread.

I actually figured out how to print the booster with the profiled fins at a reasonable speed. I'd like to see if it is possible to kit this model but it is likely too much 3D printed parts.

I finally launched the 3D printed booster version. Turns out I can print the booster lighter than the version I made previously with plywood fins (more a factor of how many walls and other details in the 3D printed parts, not the weight of the plywood). I also figured out a couple of cool tricks to get the Mini engine mounts printed inside with just a rear plate part to be printed separately.

Anyway, very nice flight, good gap staging, and good recovery (tumble recovery for booster, chute for sustainer). This was launched on a D12-0 in booster to B6-4 in sustainer.
