MC2 is having a CLUB LAUNCH! on December 15th , 2018. Yes, we are back!
The December 1st launch has been rescheduled to December 15th, 2019. The launch will take place at our new field at Burman Farms, near Hopkinsville, KY. This is a low/mid power launch only as we do not yet have a waiver.
This is a launch only and not a Build-and Fly. Our next Build and Fly will be January 19th, 2019. However, we will have a limited number of rockets to loan to young fliers who are curious about the hobby. Don't forget, that we now have access to a building for warming, restroom and dining. Once again, our host is providing the FOOD and there is an indoor area for warming and dining. And Yes, there is an indoor restroom! Thank you to Mark Burman, the Burman Family and MC2 member James Hudspeth for their generosity and hospitality.
We will set up around 9:00 am and begin flying rockets after the 10:00 am Safety Briefing. The range will close at 4:00 pm so that we may pack up before dark.

P.S. We continue the search for summer launch sites in the Tennessee/Kentucky so that we may serve a wide group of interested flyers. If you know of a possible field, do not contact the landowner yourself unless they are a close friend or relative. Send the information to us at [email protected]. One of the officers will contact the landowner.
