Seemingly half the top hits of the early/mid-sixties were performed by an anonymous crew of floating studio musicians who later came to be called "The Wrecking Crew".

Here's two from the early '60's - They encompass sci-fi, space race, model rocket/fantasy culture of the time. It was on Saturday mornings (NBC) 1963-65. Me and my grade school friends would watch it every week. At the time, I thought that the electronic theme music was pretty keen! [It was not my parents boring Mitch Miller/Frank Sinatra music.]
