Below is a video I put together of some of my flights on June 18th. I had issues with my Tx gear and had to find 3 HPR rockets old school style. The moon burner was in an spent AT K250 case. I used the ext forward closure with the touch hole. My delay burned out before the motor was done burning and I had hot gasses blowing up inside the rocket for a second or two. This fried the insdie of my drogue bay and the rocket failed to seperate at apogee. Must have come down in a flat spin to 800'. The main I had in there was pretty light weight and not shreded upon deployement. Rocket and Tx all in great shape. I little sanding to remove some bubbled finish and it's good to go again. The motor in the 54mm min dia K315 moon burner and the N1600 in the yellow rocket both made for Balls last year. Both motors seemed to age nicely. I also flew some Wimpy Black in a 38mm rocket and used motor ejection. I had a great time and came home with all my toys ..this time!
